Brillor is an app for Shopify stores that asks the same kind of questions about your products, in your store's language and country, and shows you the answers: whether your store is named, which stores are named instead of you, and why they're named.
Brillor is a Shopify app. You install it from the Shopify App Store and use it inside your Shopify admin. Free plan available.
How Brillor works

Your questions
Brillor suggests the questions a shopper might ask an AI before buying your products. You decide: keep, change or remove any of them, and add your own.

We ask the AIs
We put each question to ChatGPT, and on paid plans also to Google AI Mode and Perplexity. ChatGPT is asked each question 3 times, because its answer changes from one time to the next.

You see the answers
For each question you see how often your store is named, whether the answer links to your store, which stores are named instead of you, and the reasons the answers give for naming them.
Check once, then track over time
AI answers change. The stores they name change too. Each check is saved, so you can see what changed since the last check and whether the changes you made to your store show up in the answers.
Brillor also shows the orders and visits that came to your store from AI services such as ChatGPT, as far as Shopify and the Brillor pixel can tell where a visit came from.

What Brillor does not promise
Brillor shows you what AI answers say about your products and the stores named in them. It cannot promise that your store will be named. We never show made-up numbers of how many people ask a question, because nobody outside the AI companies knows that.
